To celebrate Spoilt’s acquisition of Red Packet and to thank everyone for their support, from now onwards all Spoilt Experience valid voucher holders can exchange their Vouchers for any Red Packet Experience Gifts of equal or lower value.
How does it work?
You have received a Spoilt Experience Voucher, but you are interested instead in a Red Packet Experience Gift? Contact our client service team at 2882 4881 or email us at email@example.com for an exchange arrangement. In your email, please kindly include your name, Spoilt voucher code and the desired Red Packet Gift in order for us to process the exchange details.
Terms and Conditions
- The original Voucher must be a Spoilt Experience Voucher and still be within its validity period.
- The new Red Packet Voucher will remain valid until 31 December 2014.
- Exchange for a Red Packet Gift of the same value or less than your current Spoilt Voucher is free of charge. If the exchanged Red Packet Gift is lower in value than the original Spoilt Voucher, the residual value will be forfeited.
- If the exchanged Red Packet Gift is higher in value than the original Spoilt Voucher, customers will be required to pay the difference in value.
- When the exchange request has been approved, Spoilt will send a new Red Packet Gift to your stated delivery address.
- This exchange policy only applies to all Spoilt Experience Voucher holders. Red Packet card holders are not eligible to exchange their Voucher for a Spoilt Experience Voucher.
